GRAPHIC 3-T machine is designed for sharpening engraving needles made of natural and synthetic diamond.

The main stages of sharpening a needle on Graphic 3-T machine.

Advantages of SAUNO sharpening machines
Graphic-3T machine combines a reasonable compromise between a fully automatic sharpening machine and a manual sharpening device.
1. Graphic-3T machine is easy to operate and maintain.
2. Precise setting of the sharpening angle allows you to sharpen a needle without removing excess material.
As a result, life of the needle for subsequent resharpening and the life of the grinding wheel increases.
3. Top of the needle tip lies strictly on the axis of the needle attachment.
4. Needle sharpening process, unlike manual devices, does not require operator intervention.
You only need to bring the needle to the grinding wheel.
Further, the sharpening process is completely automatic.
5. There are options of sharpening the needle tip in cone or pyramid (sides) mode.

The needle is sharpened on Graphic 3-T machine in the form of a 7-sided pyramid.
In the photo on the right, all 7 sharpening sides are marked with red lines.
The regrinding zone is highlighted in red.
You can make sure that all edges are sharpened at the same angles, which confirms the high precision of the sharpening machine.
